"I brought my S2000 here for the first time today, and was blown away by how good the service was. I had previously been taking it to another local S2000 specialist, but that shop's owner left me feeling frustrated due to his impatient attitude and condescending know-it-all tone. Right off the bat, Autowave was the total opposite of this previous experience.
Shane was friendly and helpful when I dropped the car off. I had a difficult to diagnose noise, and he listened to all my input and asked relevant questions. Within a few hours, Mike gave me a call to ask some follow-up questions and make recommendations for other issues they noticed (I was due for front brake pads). He also listened to me, and spent over ten minutes on the phone with me explaining his diagnosis in detail.
When I picked the car up in the afternoon, both Shane and Mike took the time to chat with me more. I went out front to find they even washed my car, and cleaned all the brake dust off my wheels (something most car washes miss). The service bill was very reasonable, too.

2007 mdx service
This place was great. They were very clear and upfront on what my mdx needed. I ended up getting the complete timing belt package from them. Shane was very helpful in explaining what the job included. Most places I called tried to get me on a cheap price. Shane explained to me on what their timing belt package included and it was the most complete out of everyone including the dealer. After doing my research most people end up doing everything that Shane was including in the job. Prices were great the experience was A+
Most Excellent Customer Service!
I trust Autowave to provide maintenance on my Honda car which is needed and preventative care. I trust that Autowave is not charging me for work that is not needed or not being performed. The cost is much less than taking it to the dealership. When I had a dead battery, Autowave said, "Come on in! We can take care of it right away!" I didn't have to have an appointment. Autowave happily helped me right away. The staff at Autowave are friendly and take the time to explain what is needed to be done on my car. My car is always ready when they say it will be. Autowave mechanics are true professionals that I trust with my car and my money. I highly recommend you take your Honda or Acura to Autowave.

Be you the owner of a high-speed, complex-to-service exotic Acura NSX, or a simple Honda minivan, this shop is literally the only place to go for excellent, knowledgable, "stand-by-our-work" service. Me? Though I live five minutes from the nearby posh Acura dealer, I happily drive the 45 miles down from Brentwood. Why? Simply the best service I've encountered in the Acura/Honda universe, anywhere. My wife does the same with her RL. And, once introduced, so do our three neighbors who also own Acuras. Imagine that -- five different people who would prefer commute 45 minutes to Autowave rather than let anyone else work on their cars. Tells you something, doesn't it? I've been working with them for ten years. If you are looking for Honda/Acura service you owe yourself a visit.
